What to Call Us...
What We Do...
We believe well-designed experiences are important to a well-lived life. We are not travel agents {we don't believe in cookie cutter}. We are travel designers, here to create a trip that is perfectly composed to suit your personal travel style.
VoyJoie has a 9-step approach. You will be guided through each layer, ultimately building a trip that feels special and not off the shelf. You will experience all the joy of anticipation and discovery that comes with travel without feeling the burden or stress that comes with planning. And then to really knock your socks off, we take all your travel details and build you a custom travel site that you can access anytime, anywhere while on your journey. It's the ultimate personal travel journal. We understand your time is valuable, so shouldn't your voyage be the most joyful use of time possible? |
Who We Are...
Founded by Pallavi Naidu, an avid international traveler since the age of 5, VoyJoie was a journey in itself.
Pallavi's natural curiosity for people and their stories as well as a deep love for all things beautiful eventually led her from a career in Management Consulting to a 15 year stint in Corporate Retail as a Beauty & Home Decor Buyer {yep, that is a real job}. It is there that she learned the importance of products being both beautiful and functional, the critical value of pricing, the necessity of always listening to your customer and that all things well-designed are well-received. She was fortunate to hone her artistic eye on regular Inspiration Trips to exotic locations such as Istanbul....Hong Kong...Jaipur... |
She had a knack for discovery, for finding that hip, local restaurant that had just opened 2 weeks ago...for securing that 150 year old private home that had been restored into a boutique hotel...for locating the best rug shop in the middle of a chaotic souk. She had this knack because, quite simply, she enjoyed it.
At the end of one such journey to Brazil, her friends casually stated that they simply wouldn't of have gone on such a trip had she not organized the whole thing. That was her aha moment. Despite all the resources and options that exist, folks are having an increasingly difficult time traveling. Pallavi realized that time is not a luxury that many have when it comes to travel planning. People want to see the world but don't have the time to figure out how to do it well. This is the problem that inspired the creation of VoyJoie. |
